END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR AICoding

End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) for AICoding

Robin Bollen is hereafter named as the developer.

Acknowledgement: This Agreement is between you and the developer, and not with Apple. You acknowledge that Apple is not a party to this Agreement and has no responsibility for the AICoding or its content. You agree that this Agreement will not provide usage rules that conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.


Scope of License: The license granted to you is a non-transferable license to use AICoding on any Apple-branded Products that you own or control, and is subject to the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. You may access and use AICoding on other accounts associated with the purchaser via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.


Maintenance and Support: the developer is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to AICoding. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to AICoding.


Warranty: the developer is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law. In the event of any failure of AICoding to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for AICoding to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation with respect to AICoding.


Product Claims: the developer is responsible for addressing any claims of the End-User or any third party relating to AICoding or the End-User’s possession and/or use of AICoding, including, but not limited to, product liability claims, any claim that AICoding fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation. The developer is not responsible for any code that is generated by the AI bot and cannot be held responsible by any means, for using this AI generated code in your own applications, nor do we check on the correctness of the AI generated code.


Intellectual Property Rights: In the event of any third-party claim that AICoding or your possession and use of AICoding infringes on that third party’s intellectual property rights, the developer will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.


Legal Compliance: the developer represents and warrant that he is not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country. the developer further represent and warrant that he is not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.


Developer Name and Address: the developer’s name and address, and the contact information to which any End-User questions, complaints or claims with respect to AICoding should be directed, are as follows:

Third Party Beneficiary: the developer and the End-User acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third party beneficiaries of the EULA, and that, upon the End-User’s acceptance of the terms and conditions of the EULA, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce the EULA against the End-User as a third party beneficiary thereof.
