End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) for GP Forecast
Robin Bollen is hereafter named as the developer.
Acknowledgement: This Agreement is between you and the developer, and not with Apple. You acknowledge that Apple is not a party to this Agreement and has no responsibility for the GP Forecast or its content. You agree that this Agreement will not provide usage rules that conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Scope of License: The license granted to you is a non-transferable license to use GP Forecast on any Apple-branded Products that you own or control, and is subject to the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. You may access and use GP Forecast on other accounts associated with the purchaser via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
Maintenance and Support: the developer is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to GP Forecast. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to GP Forecast.
Warranty: the developer is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law. In the event of any failure of GP Forecast to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for GP Forecast to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation with respect to GP Forecast.
Product Claims: the developer is responsible for addressing any claims of the End-User or any third party relating to GP Forecast or the End-User’s possession and/or use of GP Forecast, including, but not limited to, product liability claims, any claim that GP Forecast fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
Intellectual Property Rights: In the event of any third-party claim that GP Forecast or your possession and use of GP Forecast infringes on that third party’s intellectual property rights, the developer will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
Legal Compliance: the developer represents and warrant that he is not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country. the developer further represent and warrant that he is not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Developer Name and Address: the developer’s name and address, and the contact information to which any End-User questions, complaints or claims with respect to GP Forecast should be directed, are as follows:
